Exceedingly funny, and a poke in the eye for adult morality. Adrian Mole is a boy of specifically 13 and three quarters. He considers himself an intellectual (nobody knows why) and is always searching for love. He also likes writing poems to the BBC (though for some strange reason, they never seem to get in). It's a great book.
